In its effort to comply the Quality Policy about on-going improvement processes, ESQUIM SA has implemented a new technological process for the manufacture of micro and macroemulsions of silicone.
In this new method a high pressure homogenizer is used, working at 500 atmospheres of pressure, improving quantitatively the stability of micro and macroemulsions of silicone with a particle size reduction up to 95%.
With this new development the dilution in water of the emulsions and/or mixture with other products will be easier.
ESQUIM SA intends with this technological improvement to facilitate and improve to the final client the use of micro and macroemulsions of silicone.
